Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for Spanish Speakers. The role is focused on supporting Spanish-speaking customers by answering their inquiries, providing solutions to their concerns, and offering exceptional service that aligns with the company’s standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include attending to customer requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective communication. The role requires accurate and timely reporting, coordination with teams, and maintaining a strong understanding of company AI-driven systems.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside proficiency in English.
- Strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle inquiries with empathy.
- Technical aptitude to learn and adapt to AI-driven tools and systems quickly, with prior familiarity being a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of professionalism and patience.
- Previous customer support or call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Comfort with working in an on-site setup in Cairo, along with flexibility for assigned shifts.
- A passion for customer engagement and delivering meaningful experiences.
