Role Description

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving growth and building strong business relationships. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and effectively managing the sales pipeline. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Experience in IT solutions, consulting services, and understanding of technologies like cloud computing and IT security
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written), with knowledge of Arabic being advantageous
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and team collaboration
• Previous experience in a similar role within the IT or consulting sectors is preferred
