Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Tourism and Hotel Management Student is based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves assisting in various aspects of hotel management, including customer support, budgeting tasks, sales coordination, food and beverage operations, and handling receptionist responsibilities. You will gain hands-on experience in hospitality operations and work closely with different departments to ensure high-quality service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong skills in Budgeting and Sales to manage financial operations and drive revenue growth.
• Exposure to Food & Beverage operations within the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly in a team.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Tourism and/or Hotel Management program.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
