Remote Full-Time Inside Sales Associate
Join a fast-growing health-tech company redefining health in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition, convert qualified leads, and deliver an exceptional sales experience across our digital health programs.
This is a 100% remote, full-time role for individuals who are target-driven, confident communicators, and eager to grow within a high-impact digital health environment.
What You Will Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales via calls, WhatsApp, and chat
- Engage and educate prospective customers on our health programs
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable plans
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers while maintaining high service standards
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
- Sales Optimization: Share customer insights to improve scripts, offers, and onboarding flows
Commitment and Compensation
- Schedule: Full-Time (6 days per week)
- Location: 100% Remote
- Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions (details shared during interview)

What We Require
We are seeking a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent Arabic required; English is a strong plus
- Experience in health, wellness, insurance, or subscription-based services is an advantage
- Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and digital sales tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in a remote work setup
