Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain a list of all the machines in the factory and their needed maintenance, and reflect in maintenance plans accordingly
• Coordinate with the production team on maintenance schedules to avoid affecting production
• Manage teams in maintaining facilities to keep them in proper status
• Prepare a daily maintenance manual for all the preventive maintenance manuals and send it to the production department
• Identify the required spare parts for the plan implementation and communicate with the inventory control to ensure their presence, or request the purchasing department
• Planning the workforce shifts and ensuring the relay of the workers as per the maintenance plan for the production machinery and equipment
• Supervise the daily planned and unplanned maintenance work, ensuring business continuity
• Checking the received spare parts to ensure that they match the required specifications
• Reduce the depreciation of the department to ensure the efficiency of operation
• Manage the development of regular reporting of maintenance activities and submit technical recommendations for business continuity, risk mitigation, cost reduction, and process efficiency

Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Electrical Equipment Maintenance (LV/MV systems, motors, switchgear, transformers)
• Troubleshooting Electrical & Control Systems
• Basic PLC & Automation Systems Knowledge
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Practice
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Techniques
• Maintenance Documentation & CMMS Usage
• Understanding of Electrical Standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA)
