Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for an Experienced Team Leader & Sales Real Estate. The primary responsibilities include leading and managing a team of real estate professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing client interactions to ensure excellent customer service, mentoring team members, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to optimize performance and generate successful outcomes for clients.

• Strong Team Management and Leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding a team
• Proficiency in Sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and lasting relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and create effective sales strategies
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a significant advantage
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
