Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Sales professional to join our team on-site in Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting market research, building client relationships, organizing property showings, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the local real estate market and committed to achieving sales goals while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate principles
• Experience in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and an understanding of local property trends
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
