Key Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll-related documentation

• Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies

• Handle employee contracts, social insurance, and official documentation

• Support HR operations and maintain accurate personnel files

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Personnel / HR Operations

• Strong knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and HR documentation

• Experience with attendance and HR systems

• High attention to detail and organizational skills
