Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Quality Control Manager to oversee and review all internal and client-facing deliverables across multiple checkpoints throughout the production process. This role ensures the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment in all content outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit all content deliverables (scripts, reports, decks, and digital assets) at different production stages
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, tone, and alignment with brand and client objectives
• Identify gaps in quality and implement corrective actions across teams
• Collaborate closely with writers, researchers, and creative teams to maintain high standards
• Develop and maintain QA processes, checklists, and operational guidelines
• Provide structured feedback to improve team performance and output quality
• Ensure all content is linguistically and culturally accurate in both Arabic and English
• Support data validation, fact-checking, and research accuracy
• Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) with near-perfect language proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for quality
• Proven experience in quality control, content review, or editorial roles
• Solid business mindset with the ability to evaluate content from a strategic perspective
• Strong research and fact-checking skills
• High level of computer proficiency and ability to work efficiently with digital tools
• Good numerical and analytical skills (comfortable working with data and metrics)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:

• Editorial or publishing background
• Experience in media, content production, or digital marketing environments
• Experience building QA systems or processes
