Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff scheduling, and ensure excellent service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The Shift Manager will also assist in inventory management, enforce health and safety regulations, and handle operational concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, team management, and scheduling
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Customer service and conflict resolution expertise
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance in the service industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Proficiency in English and Arabic communication skills
• Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
