Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a German-Speaking Technical Support Specialist, primarily based in Cairo with some work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include providing efficient technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of service. The role involves working closely with clients to resolve complex technical issues and delivering clear and professional assistance in German.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
• Strong Customer Support and focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Fkuency in German (Spoken and Written) and proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Availability to work in a hybrid role with some in-office presence in Cairo.
• Experience with IT systems or technical tools is a PLUS.
