DISTY 360 is a regional distributor of engineering and construction software across Middle East and Africa. We are looking for a Market Development Manager to drive growth and market penetration across assigned vendors and countries.

🎯 Role Purpose

The Market Development Manager is responsible for expanding market presence, generating opportunities, and driving revenue growth through reseller partners and direct customer engagement where required. This role focuses on market execution and development, within clear company guidelines.

✅ Key Responsibilities

·      Own vendor business performance across assigned countries

·      Develop and execute market growth plans in assigned countries

·      Identify and open new opportunities with end users and reseller partners

·      Recruit, enable, and support reseller partners

·      Coordinate solution presentations and technical demos

·      Collect market, customer, and competitive insights

·      Work closely with top management and follow defined commercial guidelines

🧩 Ideal Candidate Profile

·      3-5 years’ experience in market development, channel, or B2B software roles

·      Comfortable working with both partners and end customers

·      Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills

·      Experience supporting demos or solution‑oriented discussions

·      Software, engineering, or construction technology background is a strong plus

·      Detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable

·      Ability to work under deadlines

·      Excellent hands-on experience with AI productivity tools

·      Excellent English language (written and spoken)

·      Excellent French language (written and spoken) is a plus
