Role Description
The Strategic Planning Manager is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide strategic planning initiatives. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define long-term priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and ensure alignment between business objectives and operational execution. The position serves as a key contributor in shaping organizational direction through data-driven analysis, structured problem-solving, and forward-looking strategic recommendations.
Key responsibilities include managing strategic planning cycles, facilitating business reviews, and developing frameworks to assess performance, market positioning, and future opportunities. The role also involves conducting market research, competitive analysis, scenario planning, and financial assessments to support strategic decision-making. In addition, the Strategic Planning Manager helps monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, identify execution risks, and recommend course corrections when needed.
This role requires the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise insights for leadership audiences. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution discipline, ensuring plans are actionable, measurable, and aligned with organizational priorities.
