Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and structure the basic accounting system from the ground up
• Build and maintain a proper Chart of Accounts aligned with business operations
• Manage and track inventory and support physical stocktaking (stock counts)
• Coordinate and organize inventory teams when needed
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
• Work closely with the owner/management for financial reporting and decision support
• Identify gaps in processes and help improve operational efficiency
• Support implementation and optimization of Odoo accounting system
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset and initiative
• Comfortable working directly with business owners
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn Odoo (if not already familiar)
• Previous experience in inventory or operational accounting is a plus
