* Salaries start from 14K to 18K + 25% salary Increase
* Kpi’s up to 3500K + 10% COLA1700 + overtime and overnight allowance 1200 + training Paid
– Fluent English speakers (B1+-B2)
– 5 working days – 2 days off
– 9 working hours (1.5 hour break) Rotational shifts and days off
– Medical – social insurance
– Job location 6th of October or Maadi or 5th settlement and Transportation is provided ( door to door for girls)

Role Description
The Call Center Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer experiences by handling incoming and outgoing calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing support in a professional manner. The day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, logging and tracking queries, and escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service Representatives skills with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Support
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
- Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, including proficiency in using customer support systems and standard office software
- Exceptional problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Previous experience in call centers or customer support roles is a plus
- Proficiency level of English from B1+ to B2
