Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Representative with an events background, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The role involves identifying and nurturing potential business leads, building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and driving revenue through innovative sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing sales initiatives, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with event teams, managing sales performance, and conducting training sessions to enhance team effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience and proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, particularly in the B2B sector.
- Capability to develop and deliver effective Training sessions to enhance team performance.
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of an organization.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Relevant experience in event planning, management, or sales coordination is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
