Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Support Agent (English account). The Customer Support Agent will handle customer inquiries, provide support via various communication channels, resolve customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction by addressing and troubleshooting issues effectively. The agent will strive to deliver excellent customer service in alignment with company standards, maintain a positive and professional demeanor, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills and ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a BPO environment is a plus
- Strong computer and technology literacy
