Job Description:
- Manage and oversee the overall construction management of the project.
- Prepares, supervises and approves the development of PEP [from construction point of view], and its implementation as well as ensuring Lessons Learned are properly documented throughout the life of the project including Project initiation/design/tendering/procurement Close-out and handing over to clients.
- Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, recommissioning, load-out and offshore installation hook-up and offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
- Monitor and report to Project Directors all project details, including progress, cash, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Manage, ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
- Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for onshore construction and man-hours, duration and manning forecasts for offshore hook-up and offshore installation durations and resource requirements.
- Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance to meet project time schedule on time.
- Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions.
- Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
- manage all the project control aspects and coordinate with all project stakeholders.
- Manage the project Quality standard from construction to project handing over to clients,
- Manage the project budget and variations submitted by the contractors.
- Manage the project life cycle from initiation to close out including coordination and decision making with all project stakeholders.
- communicate with all departments and authorities to solve any obstacles at the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Civil or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 11 – 15 Years of Experience

- Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in residential compounds is a must
- Experience working in Egypt’s North Coast is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Real estate Owner Rep. and PMO Background.
