We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Plate Work Detailing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks or Tekla, with extensive experience in plate work and steel fabrication detailing. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in both SolidWorks and Tekla.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed plate work and steel fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks or Tekla.
• Review and verify engineering designs to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Produce shop drawings, erection drawings, fabrication details, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Ensure all detailing outputs meet project timelines and quality requirements.
• Advanced skills (3D modeling & 2D drawings)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in plate work detailing.
• Strong background in structures such as tanks, silos, pressure vessels, ducting, and hoppers.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD and SolidWorks or Tekla. Experience in both SolidWorks and Tekla is preferred.
• Good knowledge of welding types, their applications, and welding symbols.
