Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Engineer (LLM + RAG), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and optimize machine learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. Responsibilities also include integrating AI technologies into our property tour solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring scalable deployment of AI models.

Qualifications

2+ years shipping LLM/RAG features in production (not just demos)

Strong Python (FastAPI preferred) + API design

Vector DB + retrieval experience (Pinecone / Weaviate / FAISS / pgvector)

Prompt engineering with structured outputs and multi-step reasoning

Comfortable handling messy real-world knowledge content (PDFs, docs, tables, website pages)

Nice to have

Arabic NLP or bilingual chatbot experience (EN/AR)

Speech-to-text / text-to-speech pipelines

Improve answer grounding & reduce hallucinations

Ship lead qualification flow with structured data output

Launch evaluation dashboard (retrieval + answer quality + conversion)
