Nexa TG is Hiring | Solution Designer / Architect – Telecom Domain

Location: Remote | Employment: Full-time | Travel: Occasional international travel required

We are looking for a 𝐉𝐚𝐯𝐚 Software engineer who has grown into 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 and knows the 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦 domain well enough to hit the ground running.

This is a hands-on architecture role. You will design systems, work as part of a team, and own the technical conversation with clients, all within a telecom delivery context.

Responsibilities 🔧

– Design 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, technical specifications, and process flows for telecom projects

– Translate business requirements into clear, actionable 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

– Work closely with 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 teams across the full SDLC

– Oversee internal testing and support 𝐔𝐀𝐓 with clients and stakeholders

– Plan and manage 𝐔𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 and migrations of existing solutions

– Report progress, risks, and delivery plans to Business and Project Leads

– Serve as 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 with clients

Requirements ✅

– 𝟔+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 hands-on 𝐉𝐚𝐯𝐚 development (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or equivalent), with at least 𝟐 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 as 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 / 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭

– Strong experience with 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 and integration patterns

– 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦 domain background in OSS/BSS, network provisioning, charging systems, or similar

– Experienced in 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 delivery (Scrum / Kanban)

– Strong 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭-𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 communication and documentation skills, with a collaborative team mindset

– Willingness to 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 internationally when required ✈️
