Job Requirements

• Support day-to-day departmental operations through administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks across functions
• Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Contribute to periodic activities such as month-end processes, performance tracking, or project follow-ups depending on the function
• Collect, organize, and validate data to support analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on tasks, action plans, and deliverables
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and controls
• Provide support on ad-hoc assignments, research tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives

Work Experience

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Law, or related discipline)
• Expected graduation within the next 1–2 years
• Strong academic performance and willingness to learn in a professional environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to support team activities and take initiative
