Cloud Cybersecurity Architect is required by our client to help drive secure digital transformations for enterprise clients.

The successful candidate must span multi-cloud architectures (mainly AWS, Azure), Zero Trust implementations, and regional regulatory compliance. The position requires strong client-facing, strategic consulting, and risk mitigation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Security Architecture Design: Create end-to-end cloud security frameworks (SABSA, TOGAF) with a focus on Defence in Depth and Zero Trust.
• Platform Expertise: Architect secure multi-cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) with a strong emphasis on Identity & Access Management (IAM), data protection, and network segmentation.
• Compliance & Governance: Align security roadmaps with UAE regulations and global standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.
• Client Advisory: Act as a senior, client-facing authority. Translate business objectives into resilient, secure-by-design technical solutions for regional enterprises.
• Threat & Vulnerability Management: Integrate automated DevSecOps pipelines, SIEM/SOC operations, and continuous compliance monitoring.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 10+years in IT, with at least 5+ years specifically focused on cloud security architecture.
• Proven track record on previous projects and longevity in assignments
• Fully reference-able
• Industry – government / banking / telco / retail highly desirable
• Industry – Consultancy background is a must / major SI or consulting partner
• Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, TOGAF, or specific cloud provider architect certifications (AWS Certified Security, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect) are highly preferred
• Communication: Very strong client facing skills / ability to talk to customers at all levels including c-level
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
