Role Description:-
This is not your usual post on LinkedIn for hiring as we have multiple roles you can work with us as
a full-time remote role/ Part time remote role.
The Ecommerce Specialist will manage online product catalogues, execute listings on various eCommerce platforms, optimize product visibility, and monitor sales and marketplace performance. The role also involves collaborating with teams to improve customer experience, ensuring smooth order processing, and supporting sales growth through effective account management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage seller accounts across marketplaces, especially Amazon Seller Central, with handling Noon and Jumia accounts.
- Support account setup, activation, and required documentation follow-up.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, keywords, and attributes.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, inventory, and listing status.
- Follow up on orders, returns, reimbursements, account health issues, complaints, and support cases.
- Coordinate with clients to collect product data, images, prices, stock updates, and required documents.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate updates clearly to clients.
- Identify listing issues, suppressed products, missing information, or marketplace violations and work on resolving them.
- Support promotional activities, deals, advertising follow-up, and sales improvement opportunities when needed.
- Maintain organized trackers for client requests, tasks, account issues, and completed work.
- Communicate with marketplace support teams when cases need to be opened or followed up.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year as Ecommerce specialist or account manager,
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively handle client and customer interactions
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to monitor, analyze, and improve marketplace performance
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, noon, Jumia, Shopify, or similar is a plus
- Proficiency in identifying trends, preparing reports, and implementing actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with eCommerce management tools and relevant software is advantageous
