Bonn Medical Industries is a Saudi-based manufacturer specializing in healthcare products, cosmetics, and personal care solutions. The company develops and manufactures a growing portfolio of products serving healthcare providers, institutions, and consumers across the region.

We are looking for motivated Medical Representatives to support our expansion within hospitals, healthcare institutions, and medical centers across Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting the company’s healthcare products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients, and supporting business growth within assigned territories.

This role requires a proactive, professional, and field-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and representing the company within the healthcare sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Development & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare institutions.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
• Present and promote company products to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential institutional accounts.

Product Promotion & Market Development

• Develop strong knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and competitive advantages.
• Support product awareness and visibility within assigned accounts.
• Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and customer feedback.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and territory growth objectives.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of visits, opportunities, and account activities.
• Prepare regular field reports and market feedback updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support customer requirements and account growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Institutional Sales Representative, or in a related healthcare sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic; English is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with hospitals, healthcare institutions, or medical centers.
• Experience in healthcare products, medical consumables, cosmetics, or personal care products.
• Good understanding of the Saudi healthcare market.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Existing relationships within healthcare institutions are a plus.
