Responsibilities:

-Manage day-to-day warehouse operations across headquarters and project sites.

-Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials according to procedure.

-Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances.

-Coordinate with procurement, projects, and logistics for material deliveries and dispatches.

-Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or slow-moving items, and support accordingly.

-Implement proper storage methods to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.

-Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.

-Ensure compliance with safety, security, and HSE regulations within warehouses.

-Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and discipline.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

– 10 years of work experience.

– Previous experience in construction field.

– Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
