Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Talent Management role based in Giza. The Sr. Talent Management professional will design and implement talent management strategies that support AMC’s business goals and healthcare mission. Daily responsibilities include assessing workforce capabilities, leading performance management cycles, and driving succession planning initiatives for key roles. The role will oversee employee engagement programs, identify development needs, and coordinate training and development plans in partnership with business leaders and HR colleagues. The position will also analyze talent data, recommend improvements to policies and processes, and ensure that talent practices are consistent, inclusive, and compliant with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Talent Management, including designing frameworks, development pathways, and talent review processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in Performance Management, including setting performance standards, supporting goal-setting, and facilitating performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Proven skills in Employee Engagement, with the ability to design, implement, and measure engagement initiatives and action plans.
  • Hands-on experience in Training & Development, including needs analysis, curriculum design, and coordination of learning programs.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development in medium to large organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data, dashboards, and KPIs to inform talent decisions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in healthcare, financial services, or similarly regulated industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
