A PIF subsidiary is seeking a highly motivated and experienced -Remote- Scrum Master Consultant to support the delivery of strategic digital initiative

Job Description:

the Scrum Master is responsible for leading the product lifecycle while ensuring the effective application of Agile and Scrum practices to deliver high-quality digital products aligned with business objectives.

1. Define product vision, objectives, and roadmap in alignment with company strategy and stakeholder needs.
2. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
3. Own and continuously manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, risk, and technical impact.
4. Plan releases and sprints, ensuring realistic scope, timelines, and successful delivery.
5. Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team.
6. Review and accept completed features to ensure compliance with business requirements and quality standards.
7. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
8. Remove impediments and resolve blockers affecting the development team’s progress.
9. Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, delivery predictability) and drive continuous improvement.
10. Promote Agile culture and best practices across the organization.
11. Ensure strong collaboration between product, engineering, QA, design, and business teams.
12. Maintain full ownership of product delivery according to the agreed roadmap, milestones, and timelines.
