About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist to join our school’s technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to all school staff (teachers and administrative team).
• Manage and maintain the school’s computer network, Active Directory domain, and related services.
• Join new devices to the domain and configure user access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Maintain and support the CCTV surveillance system (hardware and software issues).
• Handle printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage network switches, structured cabling, and patch panels.
• Diagnose and fix hardware and software-related issues for devices.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0–2 years of practical experience (Fresh graduates are welcome).
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling).
• Familiarity with CCTV systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and patience when dealing with non-technical staff.
