Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3–5 years of experience to manage and support daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leaves, and support payroll processes
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
Act as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related inquiries
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation cycles
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal regulations
Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
HR Diploma is required
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
FMCG experience is a plus.

Time management and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office.
