We’re Hiring | Production Section Head

We are seeking a hands-on production leader with a strong background in food manufacturing and proven experience in managing production teams, driving operational efficiency, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.
• Manage and develop production teams while maintaining high performance standards.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and increased productivity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is essential.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within production.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality systems is highly preferred.
