Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full accounting cycle and ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, profitability, and cost allocation across multiple projects.

• Review subcontractors’ invoices, payment certificates, retention balances, and contractual deductions.

• Monitor clients’ accounts, collections, advances, retention receivables, and project billing.

• Supervise suppliers’ accounts, payment schedules, and procurement-related financial transactions.

• Manage treasury activities, bank reconciliations, cash flow reporting, and banking facilities.

• Oversee fixed assets accounting, inventory controls, and periodic stock counts.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT requirements, withholding tax, and social insurance obligations.

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and project performance analysis.

• Support internal and external audits and strengthen internal control procedures.

• Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.

• At least 5 years in a supervisory or Chief Accountant position.

• Solid experience within Construction, Contracting, Fit-Out, or Real Estate Development companies.

• Strong knowledge of project accounting, subcontractors’ accounts, cost control, and financial reporting.

• Excellent understanding of taxation, financial regulations, and accounting standards.

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
