???? We’re Hiring: Flexo Ink Lab Engineer!

Are you a passionate graduate from the Faculty of Applied Arts with an eye for color and a drive for industrial precision? We are looking for a talented Flexo Ink Lab Engineer to join our growing team and lead our Ink Laboratory operations!

???? What You’ll Do:

• Mastermind precision color matching using X-Rite Spectrophotometers & InkFormulation Software (IFS).
• Test, adjust, and optimize ink recipes (Viscosity, Adhesion, pH) for flawless print runs.
• Provide quick-response technical troubleshooting right on the Flexo Press floor.
• Work with top-tier brands to deliver flawless color consistency keeping Delta E ((Delta E)) on target.

Requirements

???? What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Applied Arts, majoring in Printing, Publishing, and Packaging (A must!).
• Experience: [0-2 years for Fresh Grads / 2-5 years for Experienced] in Flexographic printing or ink manufacturing labs.
• Superpower: Exceptional color vision (Ishihara Test will be part of the interview).
• Tools: Familiarity with Pantone standards, Hand Proofers, and Viscosity Cups.
