  • Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Care preferable in Food and beverages sector (packaging materials)
  • Exceptional Technical Support and Troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
  • Superior Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management .
  • A solid understanding of Product Knowledge relevant to the industry. (Glass containers industry)
  • Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical support or service engineering role.
