responsible for standardizing processes across multiple retail locations, distinct from a single store manager or district manager. They translate corporate strategies into actionable routines, ensuring that each store meets service, safety, and financial targets while supporting omnichannel operations such as buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS), curbside pickup, and ship-from-store fulfillment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in same position and same industry 
•  preferred derma background 
• Strong people leadership and team management across multiple locations.
• Data-driven problem solving and analytical skills to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
• Supply chain literacy and understanding of inventory management.
• Change management and adaptability to evolving retail technologies.
• Retail technology fluency, including POS systems, inventory software, and logistics platforms
