Job Description

. Develop project schedules, baselines, and detailed work plans using Primavera P6.
. Monitor and update project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans.

· Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and presentations.

. Perform resource loading, leveling, and optimization to ensure efficient project execution.
. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules with project objectives.
. Conduct EVM analysis and prepare performance reports.
. Ensure all planning activities comply with contractual requirements and company standards.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

. 8-10 years of proven experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.

· Strong experience in Primavera P6 (Mandatory).

. Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.
. Knowledge of EVM, claims, and delay analysis techniques.

. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
