Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
· Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews for a variety of roles.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist with developing job descriptions.
· Oversee background checks, offer letters, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Strategic HR Planning:
· Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support them.
· Collaborate on workforce planning, including succession planning, skills gap analysis, and talent pipeline development.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes.
· Provide support during organizational changes, helping communicate changes to employees and assisting with implementation processes.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
· Analyze and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores, and recruitment metrics).
· Use data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leaders on people-related challenges and opportunities.
Benefits & Compensation Administration:
· Educate employees on benefits options and assist with enrollment and changes.
· Track market trends in compensation and benefits to make recommendations for competitive packages.
Performance Management & Development
· Support the performance review process, assisting managers with evaluation tools and feedback methods.
· Coordinate learning and development programs, including career planning and skills development.
· Identify training needs and work with internal teams or external vendors to organize training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in an HR generalist, specialist, or related HR role preferably in FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
