We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist to manage the company’s administrative tasks, handle customer issues, oversee our e‑commerce accounts on Amazon and Noon, and manage the company website. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, customer service, or e‑commerce account management.
• Strong understanding of Amazon and Noon seller platforms (preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
