Job Description

• Prepare execution drawings and basic design plans.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Coordinate between different disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage project documents and reports.
• Analyze and follow up on project progress and deadlines.
• Participate in conceptual studies, massing, and spatial planning.
• Support BIM workflows and clash detection if required.
• Prepare presentations and reports using design software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in design, planning, or project execution.
• Proficiency in the following software tools:
  • AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks
  • Rhino / SketchUp
  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PDF)
  • Excel, Primavera P6 / MS Project
  • GIS (ArcGIS / QGIS) – preferred
• Knowledge of BIM workflows is a plus.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
