Job Description
- Build annual ,quarterly and monthly pan with for account, including sales targets , , and media plans.
- Identify growth levers by account (assortment gaps, price architecture, bundles, exclusive SKUs, seasonal packs).
- Lead annual commercial contracting negotiation with accounts .
- Secure digital visibility aligned with sales and marketing plan.
- Plan promo calendars around tent-pole events all over the year to achieve targets within allocated budget.
- Monitor ratings/reviews and Q&A; drive response SLAs and review generation plans.
- Ensure content, claims, and pricing comply with internal policies and platform rules.
- Maintain clean master data, barcodes, and catalog integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5+ years in e-commerce/account management, preferably in FMCG/beverage
- Proven track record managing marketplace/e Retail accounts or in platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and negotiation experience.
- Advanced computer skills
- Solid understanding of SEO, digital shelfing, product taxonomy, and other required tools
- A bachelor’s degree in business/marketing is a plus.
- Excellent English & Arabic communication (written and verbal).
- Leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales growth and driving team performance.
- Data-driven decision-making; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with market trends high awareness
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
- Project management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Ownership mindset, urgency, and accountability.
