Job Description

  • Build annual ,quarterly and monthly pan  with for  account, including sales targets , , and media plans.
  • Identify growth levers by account (assortment gaps, price architecture, bundles, exclusive SKUs, seasonal packs).
  • Lead annual commercial contracting  negotiation with accounts .
  • Secure digital visibility aligned with sales and marketing plan.
  • Plan promo calendars around tent-pole events all over the year to achieve targets within allocated budget.
  • Monitor ratings/reviews and Q&A; drive response SLAs and review generation plans.
  • Ensure content, claims, and pricing comply with internal policies and platform rules.
  • Maintain clean master data, barcodes, and catalog integrity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5+ years in e-commerce/account management, preferably in FMCG/beverage
  • Proven track record managing marketplace/e Retail accounts or in platforms.
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and negotiation experience.
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Solid understanding of SEO, digital shelfing, product taxonomy, and other required tools
  • A bachelor’s degree in business/marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication (written and verbal).
  • Leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales growth and driving team performance.
  • Data-driven decision-making; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with market trends high awareness
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Project management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Ownership mindset, urgency, and accountability.
