Job Description
Quality Assurance Officer / Internal Auditor – Job Responsibilities
- Review quality system documents and procedures prior to issuance.
- Supervise the preparation of the internal audit plan.
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to nonconformities identified during internal audits.
- Monitor and follow up on procedures requiring revision, modification, or updating within the company.
- Establish the internal audit team and participate in the training and qualification of internal auditors.
- Monitor and evaluate service providers and conduct annual supplier/service provider assessments.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources Department regarding the annual training plan.
- Prepare and submit departmental performance and activity reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Review analytical methods and procedures prior to approval and release.
- Supervise and monitor all warehouses on a daily basis to ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP).
- Supervise and monitor production areas and manufacturing operations on a daily basis to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct both planned and unplanned internal audits across all company departments.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Professional training in Total Quality Management (TQM).
- Professional training in Internal Auditing and Audit Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Skills & Competencies
- Sound knowledge of Quality Control (QC) techniques and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical data, reports, and quality-related documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
