Job Description

• Assist in all payments including supplier payments, customs, taxes and insurance and also familiar with E payments on the CPS system.
• Assist in all Transfers on online Banking.
• Assist in all importation documents to ensure good connection with the company cash flow.
• Assist in all form 4 issuance, LC issuance and LG issuance ensuring there on time execution.
• Manage bank accounts and bank relationship.
• Maintain an efficient liquidity level.
• Present daily reports on company’s financial position.
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence, letters, and forms.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance / BA from an accredited university.
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience working in trade finance.
• Ability to communicate well, follow procedures and policies of the Bank.
• Accuracy and timely execution.
• Strong analytical skills,
• Banking background is a plus.
