Job Description
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, coach, and supervise Area Sales Managers to achieve sales and collection targets.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance across all territories within the region.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to drive business growth.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales plans, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Review regional sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports, and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables and support the resolution of major collection issues.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of sales experience, including experience managing multiple territories or sales teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Car is a must.
