Job Description

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation.
• Manage and monitor advertising budgets to maximize ROI and lead quality.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development.
• Track conversions and user behavior using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other tracking tools.
• Optimize landing pages and campaigns to improve conversion rates.
• Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
• Continuously test and improve campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
• Work closely with management to achieve business growth targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record in generating qualified leads and achieving measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing substantial advertising budgets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.
• Experience in Automotive, Rent A Car, Real Estate, or Service Industries is a strong advantage.
