Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient enquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
• Schedule, amend, and cancel appointments while maintaining accurate patient records.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinics, laboratories, and insurance providers to ensure smooth patient care.
• Process referrals, medical reports, test results, invoices, and insurance claims.
• Support clinic operations through effective administration, financial coordination, and diary management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Ensure clear communication and effective handovers across the team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service, healthcare administration, or medical support role.
• C1 level English proficiency with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong patient/customer service skills with a patient-first approach.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Working Conditions:
• Hybrid position: 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
• Working hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including a 1-hour break.
• Working days: Monday to Friday.
• Weekend: Saturday and Sunday off
