Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Export Specialist. The Export Specialist will be responsible for preparing and managing accurate export documentation, liaising with clients and partners to ensure seamless communication, and coordinating export and import activities. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations. Collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize processes and support market expansion initiatives is a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation and Import Export processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Thorough understanding of international trade regulations and compliance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and with international partners
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems for export management
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience in market expansion or international trade is a plus
