وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:

You’ve shaped a visionary academic strategy before and taken ownership of measurable results. You’ve led teams directly, not from the background. When it comes to the science of learning, you’re not experimenting—you’ve created something tangible, delivered outcomes that validate your approach, and established the credibility to present that work publicly. If this describes your experience, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its academic compass.

At 2 Hour Learning, we’ve developed a system in which students achieve learning gains at twice the rate in only two hours per day. This performance is powered by AI-driven tutoring, progression tied to mastery, and a fundamental reimagining of traditional classroom design. The impact is measurable and significant. We now need a leader who can harmonize implementation across varied school environments, elevate standards for academic leadership, and serve as the public face of a movement anchored in evidence-based learning science.

This role is not about theoretical exploration. It is a leadership imperative. You will take ownership of academic strategy in action, establish clear performance benchmarks, surface gaps in execution, and guide high-performing teams toward concrete results. You will convert our scientific principles into operational rigor and advocate for this approach on a global stage.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Developing academic structures that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, student motivation frameworks, and application development.
  • Overseeing academic performance sessions with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent results across school teams.
  • Analyzing data, conducting interviews, and performing observations to produce comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify high-impact obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted solutions.
  • Ensuring strategic coherence through planning cycles, continuous feedback mechanisms, and milestone management to sustain focus on student achievement targets.
  • Serving as the principal representative of 2 Hour Learning in high-profile settings—from keynote presentations to meetings with national education ministries—advancing systemic transformation in global education thinking.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Working on isolated curriculum initiatives that do not contribute to broader systemic impact.
  • Producing academic research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational execution.
  • Transferring accountability for results to mid-level managers or external consultants.
  • Depending on institutional prestige or theoretical frameworks to convince critical audiences.

Director Of Educational Strategy Key Responsibilities

Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning’s validated academic model by coordinating execution across multiple schools, raising leadership performance standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative voice of a movement rooted in evidence-based science and demonstrated impact.

Basic Requirements

  • Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • At least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles, leading a team of staff/employees (not an informal peer leader role, such as grade-level lead); you must have been responsible for hiring, monitoring performance, coaching, and making termination decisions
  • Experience driving learning outcomes for students and upholding student performance standards
  • Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to improve education, such as through personalized learning, adaptive learning, AI agents, etc.
  • Experience managing academic teams of 50+ people (e.g., the teams you managed directly executed curriculum, instruction, or assessment)
  • Experience interacting directly with students, teachers, or school leaders in a professional setting
