We are Egypt’s leading B2B company in the jeans industry, supplying clothing retailers and trade buyers across the market. We operate at scale across multiple sales channels and are growing fast.
Reports to: CEO
Sales Manager
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Role Overview
Lead a multi-channel sales team selling garments to clothing retailers across the Egyptian market. You own the numbers and the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team across indoor sales, distributor channel, field sales, and tele-sales
- Drive B2B garment sales to retailers and trade buyers
- Own all sales KPIs across every channel
- Report performance to senior management and course-correct when needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, 2+ years leading a team
- Background in garments, textiles, or B2B trade is a strong plus
- Proven experience managing multi-channel sales teams
- Strong commercial instincts and solid communication skills
- Knows the Egyptian retail and wholesale market
