Requirements

• Experience That Drives Results: A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in fleet maintenance and management, with a proven track record of leadership in an installation/maintenance/repair or mechanical/electrical engineering environment.
• Engineering Acumen: Strong background in Engineering, particularly Mechanical Engineering, with a comprehensive understanding of vehicle and equipment systems.
• Maintenance Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in Fleet Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance techniques, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Leadership & Management Prowess: Exceptional Management and Team Leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a technical team to achieve operational excellence.
• Technical Command: Proficiency with Diagnostic Tools, a solid understanding of Electrical Systems, and experience with relevant Safety Regulations.
