Job Description

• Lead and supervise the Procurement and Contracts team, including Procurement and Contracts Engineers.
• Manage the full procurement cycle from requirements analysis to purchase order issuance.
• Review technical and financial quotations and approve comparison sheets.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices and quality standards.
• Review contracts and supply terms in coordination with the Legal Department.
• Monitor project procurement schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
• Approve payments and invoices in line with contractual agreements.
• Evaluate suppliers and maintain an approved vendor list.
• Control procurement budgets and track cost variations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly procurement and contracting reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in procurement and contracting.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and supplier management.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
